Please note: We are unable to accept returns on personalized or custom items.

If you feel your order was produced incorrectly or you find a material or manufacturing defect in your order, please contact us at sales@apex-threadhausink.com or call us at 712-251-0353 within 30 days of the invoice date. All claims for shortages, loss, or non-delivery must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. Claims for damages in transit must be made with the individual carrier when you receive the shipment, so please save all shipping packages for inspection.

Custom, personalized, decorated, printed, or embroidered items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item was produced incorrectly or has a verified material or manufacturing defect.
